• Request feedback or an online review after service
• Send promotional offers and service specials, where you have agreed to receive them

5. Text Messaging (SMS)

If you provide us your mobile phone number, we may send you text messages about your vehicle and your relationship with our shop, including appointment reminders, repair status updates, invoice notifications, review requests, and – where you have agreed to receive them – promotional offers.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or get help by replying HELP. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of any service we provide.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, or your consent to receive text messages, with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information collected for SMS purposes is used solely to communicate with you on our behalf and is shared only with the service providers that help us deliver those messages.

6. How We Share Your Information

We share your information only as necessary to run our business, and only with:

• Service providers who work on our behalf, including Shop4D, our shop management and repair order system; AppFueled, which operates the Superior Auto mobile app and our customer engagement platform; and our website host, email service, and appointment and messaging platforms
• Payment processors who handle card transactions
• Parts suppliers, manufacturers, and warranty administrators in connection with your repair or a warranty claim
• Towing and sublet repair partners where your service requires work we do not perform in house
• Insurance companies or fleet account holders where they are paying for or authorizing the repair
• Professional advisors, including our accountant and attorneys
• Law enforcement or government authorities where required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our legal rights

We may also transfer your information in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business. If that happens, we will provide notice before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

7. Information We Do Not Sell

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade customer lists. We do not share your personal information with third parties for those third parties’ own marketing or advertising purposes.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site functioning, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the site.

Note that we may be required to retain certain repair and financial records even after a deletion request.
