Located in Egg Harbor City, PATHS is empowering high school students with the practical skills, values, and confidence they need to thrive in today’s workforce—and tomorrow’s world. Whether students are learning automotive diagnostics or mastering construction techniques, they’re also being equipped with something far greater: a heart to serve and the integrity to lead.

What PATHS Offers
PATHS is more than a training ground—it’s a calling. Students choose from focused tracks in:
Automotive Technology
A comprehensive 1–4 year program where students gain expertise in diagnosing and repairing modern vehicles. The curriculum combines classroom instruction, hands-on lab experiences, and real-world shop time. Field trips to automotive facilities further enrich the learning experience.
Construction Trades
Over four years, students delve into residential and commercial construction techniques, from foundational work to finish carpentry. The program emphasizes blueprint reading, understanding building codes, and mastering cabinetry, ensuring graduates can construct a home from start to finish.
These students aren’t just gaining skills—they’re building confidence, character, and a sense of purpose. And through PATHS, they're learning to do all things with excellence, for His glory.
